By participating in any activity or program organized by Determined Disruptors, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all participants, including individuals attending events, volunteering, or using our services.

2. Mission and Scope

The mission of Determined Disruptors is to promote the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of women living with breast cancer by inspiring them to live life to the fullest, create lasting memories and form meaningful connections through funded shared activities.

3. Eligibility

Programs are intended for women living with breast cancer. Some events may be open to family members or support persons. If under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

4. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Infringe upon the rights of others. • Post or transmit any harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content.

5. Code of Conduct

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

18. Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
